Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

Securely pack your items in their original Estella Collection box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Credit

After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
